Licenses Renewal 2010
The licenses for electrologists in Illinois will come up for renewal in April 2012.
You will receive notification via US mail form the State of Illinois Financial and Professional Regulations Office approximately two months in advance with detail information for you to renew your license in Illinois for 2012.

Electrologist Re-locating to ILLINOIS:
Please contact the state of Illinois Division of Professional Regulations to register for the next Electrology Licensing Examination. You must hold an Illinois License to practice electrolysis in the state of Illinois or to join EAI.
The application and forms are available on the Electrologist Page of the Division of Professional Regulation website. Submit written requests for application and forms to Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, 320 West Washington Street, Third Floor, ATTN: FORMS, Springfield, IL 62786.
